Peri Peri Chicken

Servings: 2-3 Serving | Total Time: Prep Time 30min | Cooking Time 20-30min
- 3 tbsp Orika Peri Peri Seasoning
- 2 ½ tbsp Curd
- 500 gms Chicken breast
Step 1In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp of Orika’s Peri Peri Seasoning with 2 ½ tbsp of curd.
Step 2Add 500 gms of chicken pieces to the mixture & marinate it.
Step 3Refrigerate the marinated dish for 30 minutes.
Step 4Your Peri Peri chicken is now ready to be grilled on a pre-heated grilling pan or in an oven, pre-heated at 220°C.
Step 5Grill for minimum 25-30 minutes till the juices run clear and your Peri Peri chicken becomes reddish brown.
Step 6Cook as desired and serve your dish hot with a Peri Peri dip made from ORIKA’s Peri Peri seasoning by mixing 1 tbsp of Peri Peri seasoning with 1 cup curd and water as a side.
