Smokey grilled Chicken

Servings: 3-4 Serving | Total Time: Prep Time 30min | Cooking Time 20-30min
- 2 ½ tbsp Orika Smokey Garlic Seasoning
- 1 ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 ½ tbsp Oil
- 500 gms Chicken / Paneer
Step 1In a bowl, mix 2 ½ tbsp of Orika’s Smokey Garlic Marinade with 1 ½ tbsp of lemon juice & 1 ½ tbsp of oil.
Step 2Add 500 gms of chicken pieces/paneer/fish fillets to the mixture & marinate it. In case of chicken, sprinkle some additional water.
Step 3Refrigerate the marinated dish for 30 minutes.
Step 4Your smoky chicken/paneer/ fish are now ready to be grilled on a pre-heated grilling pan or in an oven, pre heated at 220°C. Grill for minimum 15-30 minutes till your dish looks juicy and golden brown.
Step 5Garnish your dish with thinly sliced lemon and serve it hot.
